Board a Long Beach Transit bus with your bike or bike helmet on Thursday, May 15 to get a free ride in spirit of Bike to Work Day, a regional promotion. Load your bike on the front of a Long Beach Transit bus, which is equipped to hold up to three bikes, or secure the bike elsewhere and board with your helmet only to qualify for a free ride.

Other transit operators that are offering free rides on Bike to Work Day include: Beach Cities Transit, Commerce Municipal Bus Lines, Culver CityBus, Gardena Municipal Bus Lines, Glendale Beeline, Metro, Montebello Bus Lines, Norwalk Transit, Pasadena ARTS Bus, and Santa Clarita Transit.
