Day Passes
Now you can purchase a DayPass on board all LBT buses for one low fare. DayPasses are valid for unlimited riding on all buses until the end of the service day. DayPasses are also available for sale in advance at the LBT Info Center on the Transit Mall.

DayPasses are only valid on LBT bus service and are not valid on the AquaLink or AquaBus water taxis, Dial-A-Lift or any other bus agency with the exception of OCTA as an Interagency Transfer for one bus ride.

 
Monthly Passes
LBT Monthly passes are good for one month of unlimited riding on all Long Beach Transit buses, so you can ride any time, any place for one set price.

Passes are sold between the 25th of the month and the 10th of the following month at more than 15 locations throughout the Long Beach area. For example, passes for unlimited riding during November would be sold between October 25 and November 10th.

EZ Transit Pass
Now you can travel all over Los Angeles County without the hassle of transfers or fumbling for extra change by using the new EZ transit pass. The EZ transit pass is good for unlimited local riding on the following transit services:

  • Long Beach Transit
  • Metro, bus & rail
  • Torrance Transit
  • LADOT
  • Foothill Transit
  • Montebello Bus Lines
  • Santa Monica Big Blue Bus
  • Norwalk Transit
  • Culver City Municipal Bus Lines
  • Gardena Municipal Bus Lines
  • City of Commerce
  • Santa Clarita Transit
The EZ transit pass replaces the Metro/LBT Joint Pass and costs just $70, and only $35 for seniors and the disabled. All appropriate ID is required to qualify for the $35 EZ transit pass. There is not a student regional pass available at this time.

The EZ transit pass is available for sale at LBT's Transit Info Center, 223 E. First Street or call 1-800 COMMUTE for a location near you.

Some transit authorities, such as the Metro, require additional fare for special, express or extended zone travel. Please check with the other participating transit agencies if your travel plans involve other modes besides local service to make sure you are not inconvenienced. All Long Beach Transit services are considered local service and require no extra fare in addition to the EZ transit pass.
